Our clinical site management activities — from start-up through to study closeout — help to make your participation in a study a rewarding experience. At PMI, we strive to make your participation in medical research a positive process from start-up through to study closeout. Our study initiation visits generally include all the training you need to set your study up for success. A PMI project manager carefully oversees the study timeline, budget and tasks, and our Clinical Research Associate (CRA) visits your site regularly to monitor the study’s progress and assist you whenever needed. We also engage in ongoing, open communication with access to your PMI project manager or client representative.

Working with PMI
Results from surveys sent to PMI study sites in 2005-2008 show an overall project performance rating of 4.6 out of 5.0 using a scale of 1 – 5, with 5 being highest. The 4.6 rating is averaged, non-weighted. The 4.6 rating incorporates average feedback scores from the following question categories:

• Is reliable (4.6 )
• Listens to our issues (4.6)
• Responds to requests/needs in a timely manner (4.7 )
• Provides proper training and support (4.4 )
• Helps us meet our goals (4.5 )
• Overall professionalism (4.6 )

- Usually when I call with a question, I have the material there in front of me and want to resolve it straight away. I like the fact that when I call PMI, the CRAs usually know the answer and don’t have to check and get back with me.
